ANC provides an Agreement between the agency and the family. The Agreement must be signed and returned, along with your completed application.

ANC also provides families with an Agreement to be completed stipulating the specific terms of employment for the nanny that is hired. It specifies benefits, responsibilities, and relevant house and car rules. Each party will have a copy of this agreement for their records. The agency also requires a copy for its own files. This provides a useful document in the event that terms are questioned or not satisfied at a later date by either party.
