While we hope that all nannies maintain good health, we recommend that they have some form of health insurance while they are employed as in-home caregivers. To this end, we recommend that employers consider sharing some or all of the expense of insurance. Those clients who wish may have their nanny enrolled in a cost effective nanny health coverage plan which has been arranged for by ANC. |
